Speaking of Lord & Taylor, the Daily Mail's online edition has a piece on Tsarnaeva's mother previously being arrested for shoplifting from Lord & Taylor: Mother of Boston bombing suspects arrested last year for 'stealing $1,600 worth of clothes from Lord & Taylor'. I'm not sure if it's significant but every detail is worth looking into.
