Looks like that was another case of false information over the past 24 hours.......
There has been a LOT of false info: rental truck trying to get near the crowd, that this was related to tax day, that there were 5 undetonated bombs found, that 30 people were killed, that someone was shooting allah allah before the explosion, etc etc etc. People just make stuff up for whatever reason.
