MSNBC contributor Joy-Ann Reid is either grossly misinformed, ignorant or just willing to lie to NBC's audience.

In an effort to enhance her glowing praise of President Obama's response to the Boston Marathon bombings, Reid contrasted it with her memory of President Bush's response to the attacks of September 11, 2001.

WELL i for one miss fat eddie....now there was a journalist's journalist...i miss the good old days when ed'd grace our wide screens with his patented 'Comon' folks git out yer cell phones'. Then he'd get all serious like an tell us we'd get the results at the end of the show. It was EXCITING. Trouble is there were only 3 listeners so that wasn't much of a sampling of American thought at all..oh well.... i also liked it when he'd say 'Let's get to work' an then ed'd head toward the podium in a large rush...and all..by god then you'd know things were about to, by god, git to gettin.

Well ed was jus' jerked from our wide screens it seems but was supposed to show up on some sort of weekend disaster. That so far has NOT alas come to pass ...and our source of mirth seems gone forever. We're left high and dry. Hell a day without eddie is a day w/out hilarity...a big big disappointment....thanks Messnbc ya putzes ya...i wonder if CURRENTV could write ed a coupon...we can only hope...life seems sort of not worth living now....
