Ricin is useless as an WMD, it’s easy to make from castor beans, but useless unless you can inject it into someone or get them to ingest it somehow.
It is a powerful poison, but a far cry from weaponized anthrax.

I once used castor bean plants as decorative foilage along a fence an my Houston home. Just like the picture below.
