Expect the TSA "airport experience" to be inflicted upon every facet of American life.

Americans have demonstrated that when ordered to give up their liberty for "security" - they drop their pants and do as they are told.

Mark my words: within a couple of years you will not be able to bring your son or daughter to a professional baseball game or high school track meet without "consenting" to a search on the property of your person.

Good...fewer distractions. And when I need a breath or two of freedom I'll just go tour some other, more sane (and freer) country.

Let the masses choke on their f'ing police state.

Pressure cookers at retail stores will require proof of identity and registration.
Or a tax stamp.

What good do “random” searches do? Seems like a waste, unless they think it will scare off bombers (which if they are suicidal, maybe nothing will)... /rhetorical

I remember when Bush took care of this kind of fear.

After 9/11 there was a fear that large crowds were susceptible to terror and our way of life was dramatically threatened.

Then our Commander-in-Chief did his pitch at the World Series and confidence began to grow that we were not about to give up our way of life after all.

Now we have a timid CIC who doesn't care about all that. In fact, he may look forward to using the opportunity to do all he can to change our way of life.

Ugh ugh ugh.

Guess this will put and end to free pressure cooker nights.

The two explosions at Monday’s Boston Marathon will lead to drastic changes in how large-scale public gatherings, particularly sporting events, will be secured, experts told FoxNews.com

You got that right! Well, my kids are now grown & out of HS sports. And as far as professional sports with the cry babies & narcisstic minorities, this just gives me another reason to stay home and only attend our city local baseball team in the North Woods league.

Only in the elimination of liberty can you truly be free.
