We have one. They are good for cooking stuff in less than half the time. Artichokes that take 45 minutes boiling take around 15 minutes. You can use them for cooking dried beans that usually take a day to soak in water and make them in about an hour. Kinda like using a convection oven, there’s a big learning curve to do it right.
Like I posted before, they are like making a big pipe bomb. You seal them, and when the explosive ignites pressure builds up making it much more powerful.
