You walk down the street and see people in the oddest angles, roofs and say ‘ How the hell did they get up there ‘. People used to get on my own roof using fire escapes for a better view.
There is a massive amount of partying going on - massive. It lasts all day and well into the night. Some lone guy getting on his roof to take a look around is nothing. But if you are unfamiliar with the entire scene it might come across as threatening.
