On NBC Early Today they just (4AM EDST) ran a clip of a bomb going off. It is filmed at street level but as the bomb goes off the camera jerks upward. It clearly shows a figure standing calmly on a roof top and looking downward.
It's jerky and quick but the startling thing to me is that the figure is obviously watching and not reacting to the blast.

How is the view of the street from the front of that building? Looks to me like it’s blocked by a wall.

That’s some new video. Can’t seem to find it yet, but that could be interesting. And I earlier didn’t think anything of this really.....so what somebody is on the roof at a major event.
But, that is a little bit interesting I must say.
