Many small bed-and-breakfasts are just a spare room in someone’s house. I hope they fight this. You shouldn’t have to accommodate behvior in your own house that you don’t approve of.

It’s so sad that happy marriages are outlawed in so many places.

Here is another example of the govt forcing the citizens to support and service homosexuality.

Ah, for the good old days when businesses posted signs that said “We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.”

But the government wants them to post signs that say “We didn’t build this.”

That’s odd, there are no legal bed and breakfasts in Hawaii Kai.

You can’t legally rent less than 30 days there.

Either there exists homosexual so-called "marriage", or there
exists freedom of religion. It is one or the other. We need to
all memorize this sentence, and then sit in contemplation on
it for a spell.

Hawaii is the closest thing we have to Cuba. The place is run by Marxist Japanese, and old doped out hippies like their current governor.

There is no situation in which the government should meddle is this sort of family decision. In the event that the decent people lose to the gay mafia, they will probably close the B&B. The other option is to “allow” perverts but paint the room with the appropriate biblical quotes as decorations. I’d like to be on the jury for this case; that’s what jury nullification is for.

“Lesbians Suing Hawaii B&B”

And that, right there, is what so-called “gay marriage” is really about.

If someone doesn’t want my business, for whatever reason, I take my business elsewhere. No skin off my nose. It must be sad to live in a state of perpetual outrage where every percieved slight requires the full force of the government be brought down on a small business to avenge my hurt feelings.

If the bed and breakfast is just one little biz in one state, how can the federal government have jurisdiction over it. It doesn’t cross state lines. When did the feds take over our entire lives? A bed and breakfast includes the owners home, in most circumstances. The judge marches right into a family home to force compliance. Sad state of affairs.

The bed and breakfast violated the state public accommodations law and is ordered to stop discriminating against same-sex couples

When will government and the judiciary stop discriminating against Christians? This case needs to be appealed.....all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary.

The rights of Conscious were protected under the First Amendment. The right of a business to provide services to
whomever they choose has likewise been violated by that Despotic foreign Judge. The reasoning is as faulty and demented as that of the APA when that corrupt organ dropped homosexuality as treatable condition. (1974) Fornication/sexual immorality ought NEVER trump the First Amendment. and when the State can control any business we are No longer that nation established 1776 —1892 A Christian Nation. A Religious and a Moral people. And we certainly are more like Nazi Germany— or The soviet Communist than the US of A.
