It’s certainly intended as another snub of the country he hates most after the U.S., but frankly the idea of Michelle or Joe attending the funeral would be disgusting. Far better that he has decided to send a couple of her old friends to represent the U.S. instead.
Even if his intention is snotty. Can you imagine Joe Biden sitting there smirking, or Obama in the front row, picking his nose?
