I want to know why the ‘government’ was conducting a bomb DRILL when the explosion occurred, right there on the scene where a bomb exploded and other ones have been found! Watch local channel 15 that reported it.

They could have been there for training and practice for the dog’s benefit to keep their skills up.
Or they were there as a precaution due to unspecific “chatter”.
Neither explanation seems suspicious to me, because they are rational activities.
