Is Hasan still breathing?

Why?

I have been watching “The Vikings” on History Channel. They were much more direct in rendering judgment on their enemies.

What evidence are his lawyers and I assume the Obama administration and his “justice” department attempting to keep from being introduced?

As a saudi has been tentatively identified as a Boston bombing suspect, his attorneys will likely plead that its publicity would be prejudicial to his, um...case,

Hasan will never be tried. Were he convicted, the entire chain of command from the Army chief of staff to his rating officer would go down with him pursued by a blizzard of civil suits. Too many suits with too much to lose. He’ll croak in his wheelchair & it’ll all be swept tidily away.
