So stupid too...a nutter mad at taxes would blow up an IRS building..not a marathon. I agree with another poster...the bombing under all those international flags very telling. This is terrorism of the ROP kind is my guess.

I’ll throw this out. We just had a mall shooting on Friday. They suspect these events(school shootings, bombs) are tied together by people wanting to make a big headline. Perhaps a website where people plan their attacks.
ROP attacks are normally preceded by a lot of noise. We received a warning at school on 9/11 before the attacks warning of a possible attack.
