It is my theory that the practice of inducing labor to expel a child in as early as the first trimester may be a more common practice than for late term abortions. First trimester abortions can be induced by a single extraovular injection of prostaglandin F2α. With knowledge of this procedure becoming more common, it will be used in place of the riskier suction curettage method. This of course, gives birth to a live human being at any stage of its development.
