Those that truly want to stop 0bama in his tracks need to prove that he is not qualified under The Constitution for the office he usurps. Once done, he would be removed and any and all actions and orders, laws, etc. would be null and void. Some have attempted to prove this, and been immediately silenced by the corrupt courts.

May I suggest a simpler approach: since it has been shown that 0bama is using someone else's social security number, I suggest that he be sued for identity theft. Then, as the layers of lies are peeled away, he will be exposed as the fraud he is.

It’s unlikely Obama would be sued for identity theft, since the identity he’s alleged to have usurped is that of a dead guy born in 1890. Not much cause of action for personal damages there!

Obama’s ineligibility is manifested in his immigration file and not his birth records.

A usurper violates the Appointments Clause of the U.S. Constitution everytime he an appointment. Judges and Cabinet Secretaries appointed by Obama are ripe for an eligibility challenge each time the Judge or Cabinet Secretary orders an adverse action to taken against a particular entity.

To avoid the De Facto Officer Doctrine, the Judge or Cabinet Sec. should be objected to at the beginning.
