I like to know what the enemy thinks. I will either make it possible to compromise, or ease the conscience when you determine that you need to do all in your power to oppose him and his beliefs.

True; however, as you noted earlier we would be assuming in this case that the children have the necessary teaching to get that far. In our day and age of relativistic morals it would not be fair to assume that the Nazi's have been labeled as the enemy, nor have I seen anything in the article to indicate that these children are doing this assignment to better understand why not to think exactly what they are being asked to write. The danger is the proper ground work for the assignment hasn't been laid based on the evidence seen in the article.

What we need is to teach children to be able to understand both sides of an argument and still take a stand. Just because I can understand why someone would seek an abortion doesn't change the ethics of the matter. On the same note I think Bible believing Christians should read or at least be familiar with the arguments of Spencer, Darwin, Dawkins ect.

You are correct about knowing your enemy. As a Christian... I know the enemy and from where his/her power is derived. I also know how this all ends.

Matthew 7:15 20 KJV

“Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them”.
