Okay using this years numbers $6500 per year*461.5 years = 2999750 without interest or profits.If everyone made substantial profits they would probably be forced to liquidate over a shorter period of time than they planned for, resulting in their income being at much higher levels and hence higher tax rates, until they get to the magic number 3 mil.
If the Gov. attempted to just confiscate/exchange for this “majick” yield bond, even the courts of today would have to call this a “taking”. Not saying they won't try!
So they have to be planning to offer outs or exemptions to large blocks of the population, i.e short grace periods, income levels,employment status, civil service status,and tithe card to the dem party.
They will probably exclude veteran status, marriage status, children, disability and most other ethical position out of spite.Give me a 1 year tax free period to correct my awful sins and I'm out of here! Okay 3 weeks if you insist.
