A hard Mining Town originally. Went to Hippies/Artists in the late 60's, now it's went Penny-Loafer soft.

As you travel through Arizona....you come to realize there’s an unusual story with almost every single town that you drive into.

Tucson....is basically run by three factions: the massive retiree front, the university crowd, and the neighborhood associations.

Tombstone....existing mostly off retirees and tourism.

Bisbee and Sedona are all art-run towns and nintey-percent liberal slant on life. Magic crystals are a big-seller in each.

Show Low...mostly a conservative area.

Goggle maps even go to the extent of labeling Tucson into Wards, so that you get the drift of your area’s voting tendencies.
