As someone who lives 30 miles outside of Chicago, within reach of the Chicago media, and commutes to that craphole to go to work Mon - Fri, I can factually state that the first "warm weather weekend" after winter is accompanied by a rash of murders.
It's almost like there's been this pent-up violence that's been kept indoors (because we know the welfare kings and queens won't go out in the cold weather!) just waiting for the first 60+ degree day to get out and shoot up a bunch of people.
Then there's "spring break" which gets blamed for all the "urban youth's" running up and down Michigan avenue pushing little old ladies down, stealing their purses and flash-mobbing a bunch of stores.
But no, it's never the BLACK URBAN YOUTH's fault -- it's always the WEATHER.
Here in Greenville, SC we recently had a “disturbance” by “teens” downtown. I emailed the police dept. about my concerns and they assured me it was because it was spring break. Hmmm...well, what’s gonna happen during summer break?
