Authorities searched the home of a former justice of the peace Friday in Kaufman as they continue to investigate the slayings of Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland, his wife and a top prosecutor.

Eric Williams, a former justice of the peace in Kaufman County who was convicted of stealing county equipment last year, has not been named as a suspect. His attorney could not be reached for comment Friday but has said Williams is cooperating with investigators.

The rumors were that is was the White Supremacists, Mexican Mafia or drug cartels who killed an Assistant DA, DA and his wife, but it may turn out to be a former elected official.

Strange story.

Three possibilities, all with apparent motive, and the JP with a loose screw, who knows.

The guy definitely has loose screws. He rides around everywhere on his Segway, looking and acting like Caesar. He was a captain in the Texas State Guard and loved guns. He definitely could have done this. He led the marksmanship and shooting squad for his unit and had access to automatic weapons.

Eric Williams, a former justice of the peace in Kaufman County is a White Supremacist?
Or is he a member of the Mexican drug cartels?

That’s what the MSM has been telling us.

I don’t think he is either.

Could just be a former elected official who is being targeted by the Feds.

Or,

Could be a former elected official who makes his business to murder other elected officials.

It looks like maybe a persecution rather than a prosecution in the case of the computer—watch the video, he sure doesn’t look furtive or like he has anything to hide. Did he kill the prosecutors? wow, if so, he is really dumb.

oh battery commander commented in 6 that the justice of the peace “loved guns” like that was an indictment.

Give the cops some leaway to ACTUALLY find out who did the deed. Rumors are like noses, everybody has one.

As a side comment: Actually some people seem to have more than one nose as they stick it where it doesn’t belong.

Sooner or later, the truth will come out. I’ll wait to hear. (Popcorn anyone?)

It does sound like the DA and prosecutors are being vindictive here. I wonder if the JP had a history of upholding the law when it came to issuing warrants. That could make the cops mad.
