Nope. One vote, two lists.
First list: senator, vote. Then next senator, vote.
Second list: all yea (good) votes then all nay (pro-UN) votes.
Two lists, one vote. Yea is Good! Confusing to say the least. That Yea sounds like the wrong side because of the way D.C. does business. Nothing is ever straight and simple when D.C. votes. Confusing ... Confusing. I think (shaking head) I understand. Thanks for all the help.
