I'm no constitutional expert but what happens if they break that oath which obviously they are doing? Surely there must be some provision or law where they can be removed from office? If not, then the oath is meaningless. So how do we get them removed and even better removed and prosecuted?
Absolutely nothing. Same for Representatives, Judges, and the President.
That, IMO, is the fatal flaw in the Constitution.
Prior to the seventeenth, errant senators could be recalled by their states. I think the only way they can be removed now is if they are expelled by their peers. Fat chance. The 17th was the opening for all out treason! And that’s exactly what they’ve been doing for the last 100 years since it was ratified. But it’s all boiling to a head now. When they start trying to disarm we the people, they’re going to get more than they bargained for.
The second amendment is not open to debate, compromise or negotiation!!
Never give-in, never give-up, never surrender!!
DON’T TREAD ON ME!!
Would require functional branches of government, but every single one of them is in the hands of the socialists.
We The People is nothing more than a quaint reminder of a bygone era.
