Could be a part of all this. There’s usually a reason for an all out assault as we’ve been exposed to recently on this issue.

And if a gay guy goes into a 0-for-20 slump will fans be reluctant to boo. If they do, will announcers then say “it makes you wonder? Are they booing because of the slump or because of his recent announcement?”

This is NOT the first "coming out of the closet" announcement, as a few have done so in the past, when their careers were in the toilet, such as Christian Laettner (from Duke) who played for a couple seasons in the NBA.
Of course, the wimpy sports have a plethora of faggots and dykes in their midst....

http://www.examiner.com/article/nhl-gay-athletes-nhl-forms-partnership-with-you-can-play-to-support-gay-rights
An NHL gay athletes partnership is making sports headlines this week, as the NHL formed a new partnership this morning with You Can Play, an organization that works to create equality for gays and lesbians in sports, reported the Chicago Tribune this Thursday, April 11. According to an official statement, the NHL has signed up with the progressive organization in order to make both hockey and the league itself more open and accommodating to gay fans, officials, and players.
The NHL is in fact the first of the four big U.S. professional sports leagues to decide to form the partnership with You Can Play, whose goals (among many) are to help players become more sensitive to those around them, and be aware of the casual homophobia that may plague locker rooms today.

I saw the NHL commissioner on FNC tonight begging for some of the hockey players to come out of the closet so the league won’t be labeled as being “homophobic”. The whole freaking world has gone mad. Maybe we really need one of those giant asteroids to put this joint out of its misery.

I think you will see something similar, in the coming years with rainbows, to when NFL players wear pink.

Those pink jock straps, mouth pieces and cleats are what started all of this BS. The leagues wanted to feminize all of their players and portray homosexuality as being cute.

How long before hockeyfights.com shows two players squaring off and swinging their purses at each other?
Why don’t the faggies just have separate homo sports leagues?

Looks like the left is trying to destroy all things masculine in our society and feminize them so they can steamroll their agendas over the will of patriots and the American people.

And the attention Super Bowl ads receive is ridiculous.
