My Mom made my eldest son a shirt in that fabric, and given that he was only in Elementary school, the first day he wore it his teacher sent a note home with him asking me if I thought a shirt that advertising a BEER was proper for a child?
I called my Mother to tell her about it and we had a good and long laugh. We decided that I had to reply to his teacher, but my Mother couldn’t think of anything to say.
At that time, I actually owned 2 Liquor stores, so I wrote back to the teacher and told her, that I saw no problem at all with the shirt, that his grandmother had made it, and it wasn’t as though I was sending a 6 pack in his lunch. LOL.
