I think your question is really, "Is this the last possibility for obstructing voting for passage?" The answer to that is "No."
Bills always are passed on a simple majority basis. The only exceptions are in the constitution, treaties being one example.
This particular cloture vote was on a motion to take up the bill for debate. This bill is now formally up for debate (even though they spent the better part of the week debating it already). At some point, the gun grabbers, DEM and GOP alike, will want to advance their gun grabbing into a law, and to do that, they will have to vote to limit debate AGAIN.
