This little city is built high on the bluffs overlooking the Muddy Mississip. The only tornado was in 1929 and it was a treetop, which took down the Steeple at St. Paul’s Catholic Church with such force that the entire church crumbled.

It’s all been weird here tonight, too!

We had a tornado a couple of years ago and that’s almost unheard of here. It went right through our neighborhood but missed us by a few houses. There was debris everywhere. Things like parts of siding, etc that were not ours in our backyard I put into the front so someone could find them.
We almost could not get out of the neighborhood that morning and we slept right through it.

Weird. I noticed that Wundermap is goofed up for your area. There's blotches but they're squares so it's not working correctly.

Toledo has sirens. You knew when one was sighted.

We had high winds one night that knocked bricks out of our chimney onto the roof. Four family members all woke up and gathered in the hall to see what the noise had been. Mom? I was snoring.
