How do you get a gun on the internet? I have ordered online but I had to pick it up from an FFL who called in abackground check. Is there a double secret probation internet purchase method off the record deal, thingamabob?

That is what I was thinking. Isn’t it already the law that the gun MUST be transferred to an FFL dealer who then finishes the transaction only AFTER he does a credit check. There is paperwork and ID’s involved in every step of the way.

Handgun? That’s been the SOP here in PA, for years. Even long guns have to be shipped to an FFL and an ATF Form 4473 filled-out. I don’t remember background checks for long guns, though.

Same here. I haven't seen a web site yet with guns for sale where you don't have to go through an FFL.

Exactly!!! This just shows how stupid politicians are. I dare any one of them to show us where anyone can purchase a firearm on the internet without it having to go through an FFL. You CAN NOT do it. It is already ILLEGAL! This also goes to prove how stupid the general public is. I bet 90% of the people who read this think it's a good "common sense" idea. God help us.
