How are you going to do that when you cannot even enforce the laws prohibiting the use of forged birth certificates and forged Selective Service (draft Card) registrations? They’ll just forge a faked mental health report. Pelosi will just come out and say you have to elect the politician before you can see the forged mental health certification to see what you didn’t get for an elected official.
