It was a slide in a powerpoint presentation.

There is no policy anywhere on the page that has been reproduced for our viewing pleasure. Looking at the slide, you cannot even tell the context in which it was shown, or to whom it was shown.

As soon as it was brought to the Army’s attention, the slide was gone.
