Sympathies. No friend of obamacare here, but that may be a "coding error" by your PCP. I know people getting respiratory therapy (breathing treatments) all over town paid by Medicare.

The thing about Medicare is that they don't even care about reality. All they care about is if the right diagnostic code, usually a four or five digit number, is used.

Coding error may be true.

I just finished a coding class and one digit, even after the decimal point could make all the difference.
