THE ACT of registering illegally might be a civil charge-—but Castro clearly has a lot more problems dogging his corrupt a**-—that certainly entail criminal charges.

Nelson Castro was an avid immigrationist---and got himself the chairmanship of the NY state Assembly Task Force on New Americans. Castro's activities as chairman raises all kinds of questions about criminal illegalities....not the least of which is his possible use of public monies to facilitate illegal voting.

REFERENCE---CASTRO'S VOTINO SCAM SHOULD SPARK NEW INQUIRIES---AND PROSECUTION----L/E should rigorously investigate the votino criminal uderworld---corrupt parasites undermining the US political system----proof-positve here that govt documents were falsified to hide the corrupt use of tax dollars. L/E might find the votino underworld doled out tax funds to finance votino scams, and other illegal conduct.

NY Hola. Hispanic Federation honchos--Roberto Ramirez (left) and Luis Miranda--look like they have a BIG secret. Must be the $22 million in STATE funds lining their pockets.....and the pockets of politicans doing their bidding. The Hispanic Federation has an interesting history---and ties to latino nonprofits---which the NY Post found are corrupt political machines.

--SNIP--Miranda launched the Hispanic Federation in 1990, the year Ramirez won an Assembly seat in Fordham. The group often pays out small amounts, from $400 to $800, to individuals without detailing why on official documents as required by law. A source in the group said these are sometimes payments for favor. "I have to pay a lady who is bringing latino seniors to a political event,” the source said. “They promised to send the lady to the Dominican Republic with her family in exchange for rounding up votes.” An Hispanic Federation spokesman said the payments were used for families of victims of American Airlines Flight 587, which crashed in Queens in 2001, or "other people in need."
