The facts about Toomey are that I said that Santorum was "devoted to defeating him and keeping in Specter".

You didn't explain that, why was Santorum so devoted to Specter and against Toomey, that he supported Specter in 2010?

I certainly did explain it. Toomey was a loser in 2004 and Specter won the seat. I am proud of Santorum for recognizing that Toomey would have gone down in flames in that race. At the time it was a great move, of course as an armchair analysis, you easily say it was not the right move.
