I can’t tell whether the guy “staged” this or is just stupid. The cop was within his right to disarm the guy until things got sorted out. He’s damn lucky the cop didn’t x him when he didn’t comply. I’m as hard line on the 2nd Amendment as you’re likely to find, but this was just moronic.
So, in other words, the 4th and 5th Amendments should be repealed and we should ignore Supreme Court decisions like Brown v. Texas, Delaware v. Prouse and others? What, in your expert view, was “moronic” about what happened?
