The NRA says it's "most unconstitutional" legislation of the session.
We need a database of individuals that should be prohibited from governing others.

We need a database of individuals that should be prohibited from governing others. Easy. Just assemble the names of all congresscritters from the pass hundred years or so.

“...allow psychologists, nurses, family therapists and counselors “ And of course there are no mentally imbalanced or dangerous people in these professions, just like every police officer is a stable, calm individual that would never get drunk and beat their wife or fire their weapon in a dangerous manner.

It is unconstitutional. Accumulating such a nefarious data base by the government, and then using that “data” to penalize or stigmatize without due process, not only violates individual rights but is Orwellian.

I keep telling you folks, they are going for all the marbles this time. They believe that only rebellion can stop them; and they don’t believe that the people have the will to do that.
Confiscation IS the game plan. For certain.
