Its a theory as to why gay ‘marriage’ leads to murder ... not as to whether murder-by-AIDS exists.

It does — though I would think there is at least a minimal amount of contributory assumption of risk. Not enough to absolve the murderer, but enough to wonder why the victim didn’t see the risk.

That's well-reasoned, and I agree. Those are mitigating factors. The litigating factors are premeditation and multiple murders. He got what the State of TX would have given him, minus the cost of the lethal injection drugs. But he also contributed greatly to the spread of the disease. This was back in the '80's, so I suspect the number of deaths he's responsible for is in the thousands.
