AIDS is the first disease that has been granted "civil rights" to be completely covert. People don't have to tell their sexual partner that they are infected. False. Many, if not most, states have laws requiring people to disclose to their sexual partners if they HIV and/or AIDS.

Many, if not most, states have laws requiring people to disclose to their sexual partners if they HIV and/or AIDS. Then you haven't read about the push to reverse this. Yes, liberals want the "right" to conceal their status EVEN FROM THEIR SEXUAL PARTNERS.
