Some Connecticut residents were heading to gun stores Tuesday to buy weapons and ammunition before the General Assembly passes what has been called the strictest gun control law in the country, but many may have been disappointed by empty shelves.

Those gun and ammo buyers need to march on their state capitol and make some noise.
To: Yollopoliuhqui
We’ve been doing that in Maryland for the last few months to no effect. The RATS in the legislature are impervious to constituent letters, E-mails, calls, rallies, etc. 99% chance the gun grab will pass on party lines, possibly today.
I hate this state. Any room left in Texas?

So, when does the dictator (governor) of CT and his Donkey (and RINO) pack of gun grabbers intend to confiscate citizen’s arms?
When do the victims start victimizing their oppressors? Or, are you going to meekly line up for the cattle cars to the concentration camps?

Theres a rush to buy leaves?
That pissed me off. I had to read the dang thing to get it a few times, where is the dang comma or semi-colon or something behind Buy?????????

Big Sis beat them to the gun stores. Only the government should have the guns, doncha know, because we can trust the government.

I sent an email to Cabela's customer service suggesting that they move their store located in East Hartford to Merrimack, NH. Convenient to the Boston area as well as Nashua, Manchester and Concord, NH and the southern NH area.
They have a brand new outlet center there and no sales tax as well as a much more gun-friendly state.
Besides, the nuanced and sophisticated state of CT doesn't really want "that type" of retail store and the questionable clientel that Cabel's attracts!

Here in Texas you are more than welcome to make room.
Just pick up a liberal and chunk them over the state line into another state.
If it works for you it’s OK with us.

Just curious....how much will it cost you to be fingerprinted, and take a ‘firearms safety class’?
And who will be conducting these classes?

The gun stores surrounding Connecticut will be doing a booming business now, unless the NY, MA, or RI legislature make it illegal to sell to a CT resident.
Which I wouldn’t put past them to do at all...
