That’s bull. When I worked in Jackson, Mississippi’s WORST schools they still followed the test legally even though 1/2 the 10th graders failed the Mississippi English exam.

Maybe if it were “regular” English instead of “Mississippi” English more would have passed it. “Mississippi” English seems to have a lot of southern drawl.
