Any state that regulates ammo sales will simply allow folks who live just outside the borders of the repressive (liberal) state inside a free state (conservative). Were I to be in such a position, I’d immediately open an ammo store and make gazillions of bucks.
That is, if I could get the gubmit from purchasing all the ammo.
