No. I have been arguing since 2007 that this particular treaty is a threat even with only a signature, and that it can be ratified by as few as 34 Senators.
Do you dispute that?

I know what you're saying, but the votes on a treaty don't offer the kind of wiggle room the filth used to get it passed. Treaties require a 2/3 majority. If the filth could get away with pulling some gamesmanship on it, they most assuredly would... I'm just not seeing the opportunity there for them.
