If Colofornia’s Govnah Chickenpooper can bring in Barry’s SS to enforce their bright and shiny new gun laws, Arizona law enforcement should be allowed to enforce federal laws not currently being enforced by the feds. That road goes both ways.

Way back when this started, AG Terry Goddard refused to represent the Guv, saying she would lose and he didn't want to waste his AG budget money.

So the guv hired this high priced lawyer Bouma to represent her which she would pay for out of her budget plus she started a fund to which the public could donate.

She must have some money left over.

What if AZ files a Writ of Mandamus to force to Feds to do their job?

The state can’t be told it cannot enforce laws because it is the feds jurisdiction, if the fed is not enforcing them?
