The War on Drugs is an abject failure. In the same way Prohibition took a bunch of loser mopes and turned them into millionaire crime bosses, the War on Drugs has created billion dollar drug mafias.

It’s time to try the alternative - personal responsibility. Get government out of the prohibition business.

False parallel - nobody says that under legalization drug use will go away ... what will go away is the hyperinflating of drug profits and channeling of those profits into crimininal hands.
