You are correct. These damn slaves are not allowed to possess weapons in the first place. They should be shot on sight. Weapons are for the lords and masters only. But, in defense of the guy that was shot, I doubt that he knew that someone called in on him.

If he's out there shooting up his back yard then I'd assume that someone would call the police.
