All internet sales which are made by licensed FFL dealers must be shipped to another FFL dealer where background checks must be made before delivery to the purchaser. Mental health risks CANNOT, by law, be entered into NICS unless the person has been adjucated by a judge to be mentally deficient. Kelly also said that Laughner being expelled from school should have put his name on NICS for no-buy! Again, Kelly shows his ignorance or stupidity. Kelly is a media whore, that is all!
The Dems in the OR legislature have four bills that will have a committee hearing this coming Friday. They’ve been holding them up until they can get Mark Kelly in to testify. We’ve been in touch with the people at our gun range (instructors, FFL dealers) & they will be ready to testify to the TRUTH. Mark Kelly will not be allowed to get away with assinine statements like this. I’m hoping we can block these bills, but the Dems have control here.
