Funny how the poor suffering guy manages to be homeless in the most upscale conservative leaning city in the state.
There was a similar pity piece done on this guy a couple of years ago. So two years go by and he's still under the same bridge..........That's a nice looking river, I'm sure there's some nice trout in there if only he'd buy himself a fishing pole.
