Does that mean he won't need a license anymore?
This is funny. I live in Illinois, and years ago when much younger, I lived in Chicago on the north side. I had a German Shepherd at the time, and I owned an old U.S. Post Office jeep, which has a platform for the mail where the driver’s side is, and the steering wheel on the right where the passenger seat normally is, just like cars in the U.K. This was so U.S. post office workers could pull up to mailboxes along the roadways.
So, when I would drive in the City with my dog, she was on the driver’s side sitting on the platform, and I was on the passenger side, behind the steering wheel, driving. Bottom line, to the casual observer my dog was driving the car. People would do a double take all the time. I had a few people take pictures of my dog supposedly driving. Would crack me up. Miss that old jeep and my dog from my youth. Although if I had them both today, my dog and I would be arrested.
