I read SB-13-013, it is almost like a reversal of the unfunded mandate the Feds like to push off to the States.
It does grant authority to the US SS to enforce Colorado State Law. That is very strange. Why would a State grant power to a Federal agency not knowing if they wanted it?
The only thing it can be is Colorado already knows the SS will be glad to rush in.
I missed that part of the bill, or missed it mentioned in the article. That changes EVERYTHING! (Not that I didn’t think this bill was a bag of crap in the first place)
