Secret Service? WTH? State Laws? I don’t think that is in their duties.

Will every agent be required to memorize all of the statutes of all the states?

I am just saying that the US Secret Service would be a long way outside their jurisdiction to be enforcing a State law.

No but they will be required to memorize every underground bordellos (except Navada) in all 57 states. =)

No, this is for enforcement of FEDERAL GUN LAWS that sheriffs deem unconstitutional and refuse to enforce.

In other words, if the sheriff doesn’t trample your constitutional rights, the Feds will go behind them and do it for them.
