I read SB-13-013, it is almost like a reversal of the unfunded mandate the Feds like to push off to the States.
It does grant authority to the US SS to enforce Colorado State Law. That is very strange. Why would a State grant power to a Federal agency not knowing if they wanted it?
The only thing it can be is Colorado already knows the SS will be glad to rush in.

It’s disgusting and frustrating.
I have a brother in Tuscon and he says the same exact thing.

You know the governor is in deep **** when the boy has to pass a law requesting that the SS come in to the state to get the population under control.

Too bad they cant figure out why they felt it necessary to leave California, and yet still vote the same way here. This is something I can't fathom with the Liberal mind. They leave CA, because their laws have helped destroy it. They move the CO, enact the same laws, and mystery of mystery, the same thing happens again. Apparently Liberals are incapable of understanding cause and effect.

‘”Guidelines” and “current policies” are very easy to change. Obama can change them in a DC minute.’
All that will be required of the SS agents will be:
Obedience.

Leave it up to the Dems in state legislatures to fall in line behind their federal compadres in this attempted end-run around the checks and balances.

An armed standoff between sheriff’s deputies and SS agents is entirely possible. All it would take is involved citizens.
“Report any suspicious persons, vehicles or activities to your local sheriff’s department.”
The SS surrounds a home. County deputies surround the SS. Bystanders with Iphones record the proceedings. Take it from there.

Insane.
I can't help but think blood is going to be spilled. Are Hickenlooper and those putting him up to this really that eager to see blood? Like in the past, "just following orders" will not be an acceptable defense.

And Obama sics Holder on States who attempt to enforce Federal immigration laws. I cannot begin to put into words how much I HATE this administration.

Progressives were bragging how they changed Colorado...Texas is also on their agenda. Much of it is accomplished by keeping open boarders, ignoring immigration laws.
Democrats launch plan to turn Texas blue
The organization, dubbed Battleground Texas, plans to engage the states rapidly growing Latino population, as well as African-American voters and other Democratic-leaning constituencies that have been underrepresented at the ballot box in recent cycles.

“that have been underrepresented at the ballot box in recent cycles”
No they have not. In places like Houston, Austin, Dallas, parts of San Antonio; voter fraud is very present.
The reason that Texas is different is the culture. Even the Dems don’t want gun grabs. There have always been Tejanos and Gringos who love and fought for Texas. It is the idiot element that supports La Raza.
Colorado is similar, but for the CA imports that have destroyed the cities.
