Not sure I understand your post. I am aware of the history of New Orleans and stand by my comment that it’s the most racist city in the U.S. you can’t walk anywhere without being glared at by pissed off blacks.
Baloney. If anything, NOLA is the least racist city in the US. If people are glaring at you, there is something wrong with you.
